Cons: Stains in all 6 dining room chairs. Very hard Bed in Master bedroom bed, like laying on concrete. No Tin opener, no radio, no games, or books. Arrived to flies and cockroches inside. Big black spider inside electric jug. No space in bathroom cupboard full of cleaning products and broken stuff. Not clear enough instructions for working high end appliances. Broken insect screens door and windows. Needs Air Con, very stuffy in summer weather. No garage door remote ! Back patio unkept, breading ground for cockroches..Outside areas around house needs to be sprayed for cockroaches.

Ngaire “Wonderful 4 days stay with family, can't fault your property.”
All of the rooms had ample heating, super comfortable beds and nice linen. Only negative was maybe provide mirrors in all bedrooms. Location was stunning, views superb... however barbecue needed cleaning before we used it. Overall 9.5 stars...we will be back.

Jian “The house is clean and tidy with nice lake view.”
However, our experience of this property is not very pleasure as some of the facilities did not work properly (i.e. washing machines, dryer, fireplace and ranghood). It is not worth given that so many facilities cannot be used while we stayed.

There was also a dead cockroach in the drawer of the bedside cabinet in the bedroom down the hall closest to the main bathroom so it might be a good idea to ask cleaners to check drawers after cleaning to avoid this. This Bed also squeaked when you moved which I think had to do with the bedframe rubbing rather than the mattress itself. Public Feedback - This house was even better than our expectations. Its location on the lake was very picturesque with lots of room both inside and out there was space for the whole family to unwind. High end appliances and multiple lazy boy chairs and a separate massage chair made it very easy to relax. Very convenient location to the supermarket, luge and other local attractions.

It oozed comfort and there were lots of different spaces for family to hang out at (both indoors and out). The adults and children thoroughly enjoyed the use of the kayaks on the water and the grassy area to play on. It really ticked all the boxes of an enjoyable holiday home and then some. Thank you for this beautifully presented home.

..I had 12 years as a travel agent/concierge so I understand last minute changes . However believe the kitchen issue should have been brought to our attention way before the final hours.. That said the back up plan was great Perfect spot , to show case NZ to UK family

Highly recommended. Very warm and comfortable with quality furnishings and appliances. Very well positioned with a lovely view of the lake. Perfect for 7 adults. It could have done with more wine glasses (only had 2) and some instructions for the dryer/tv/coffee etc would have been handy. We couldn’t find the blue crate for the empty bottles either. Bachcare assistance was instant when we had a minor leak from heavy rain. Overall excellent family getaway house.

Cleanliness needs to be approved and this property must have air conditioning. It was really hot in summer. Fans were provided but not enough and some of them were provided in the box without installation.

It’s a lovely house with beautiful lake view. The design inside is modern and fashionable. The facilities are very convenient with everything you want, the sofas are soft and cozy, especially the kitchen is neat and modern. The heating floor and massage armchair are extra bonus. It’s a fantastic stay and we’d love to come again.

Guests should bring their own coffee beans to make use of the available machine. The machine has a built in grinder.
