    “Overall good, however definite issues!”

    Instructions for Lockbox omitted # was needed before the numbers. No information about needing the alarm fob or where it was (stupidly behind a curtain at the front door, where we couldn’t find it, even if we knew to look) We were blasted by the alarm going in to the property with no idea how to turn it off. This information should have been provided. No wifi details were provided. WE searched for this ourselves, and then WE wrote it in the Bachcare folder (that had not been completed at all) ...

No tea towels, potholders, tissues, shampoo. No obvious instruction booklets for oven/ dishwasher that was also promised. Only 1 queen bed, all others single; not what was advertised. A luxury property with not a lot of detailed attention to the comfort of guests. Were we allowed to use the garage? No information provided, or how to access if so. Disappointing for the $ spent.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Bedding supplied is four king-split beds, and one single bed. A garage is available for parking off the shared driveway. A seven-minute walk leads to nearby Innes Common on the shores of Lake Rotoroa, with further walking around the 3.8km lakeside trail available, as is popular with locals. A 10-minute drive takes you to the heart of the city with it's many shops and eateries, or to the nearby famous Hamilton Gardens.
