Angela “Great property!”
Kitchen could have a few more pots and pans, but otherwise wonderful place.
- Angela, October 2022Tumua “Well it’s a lovely place for a small family outing and here are some of the things that need to be provided, microwave, cooking pots, and curtain in the bathroom.”
Thanks.
- Tumua, April 2022Sue “It was neat having all of the animals around.”
The propety worked out really well for us. I thoght it was a bit overpriced for a bedsit, and a microwave would have been handy. However, we loved our stay. Certainly recommend the Bus Stop cafe in Te Horo. Such beautiful gardens in Te Horo too.
- Sue, March 2022Bronwyn “Neat and tidy.”
Met expectations. Great and informative hosts. Note steep stair access for those with mobility issues.
- Bronwyn, January 2022Jayne “The apartment was really well set up and very comfortable.”
We loved looking at at the horses and watching all the rabbits. It was a pleasant walk to the cooking school so we couldn’t have picked a better spot.

Lovely scented eucalyptus behind and magpies warbling in the morning. Great location.
- fiona, February 2021Susie “Clean tidy and relaxing We had a great time with our group of 10”
- Susie, November 2020Chris “Internet not working.”
Had to request a heater as freezing. Fireplace full of ashes. No preparation done. No firelighters no matches no milk. Kitchen has only 2 elements. No oven. No pots. We felt unwelcome. Top price absolutely not worth it. Will never book with bookabatch again.
