Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Undertile heating and a modern wood burner ensure warmth and cosiness all year round. Rinse off under the outdoor shower and fire up the BBQ after playing with the kids or walking on the beach! With fresh, homely decor, this holiday home is incredibly practical for large groups, providing four bedrooms over two floors. The large master bedroom with ensuite has magnificent views of Kāpiti Island and opens up to an exclusive tiled balcony to take in the sea views! An ultra-modern luxurious tiled bathroom provides a gorgeous freestanding bath with a double vanity, heated floor and walk-in shower while there is a separate toilet in the laundry, providing full facilities. A tankless Infinity system ensures hot water will never run out for you and your guests. The designer kitchen is modern and vibrant with an olive splash back, timber-style cabinets and high-end appliances. The open-plan dining and kitchen area is the perfect spot to sit back and relax. As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

Please note there are security cameras at this property, placed in the outdoor areas. Rest assured that our guests privacy is of paramount importance and the owner of the property will ensure it is preserved by switching the cameras off during a booking.

Please be cautious when using the gas stove, as the ignition control releases gas without being pushed down and the gas does not cut if the pilot is not ignited.

The garage is not available for guest use.
