    “The information on the websites is incorrect.”

    I spoke to the owner regarding this when we were there, and because of this we checked out within the hour. There are not 2 super king beds. The pool is not heated and not able to be used during the colder months. The information has still not been updated. Extremely disappointing, both on behalf of the owner and Bachcare as I had passed this information on to both of you at the time. We would not recommend anyone staying there at this stage. We have updated the listing to mention that the pool is winterised over a certain time and we do not recommend swimming in the cold months. The beds in the property were purchased as Super King and King Size beds, we believe that the sales people accurately sold us the product, despite us not measuring the beds with a tape, as you did. This apartment is fully self-contained from the main house on this section. Please note there are security cameras in the outside areas operated by the owners for the safety and security of their property and guests.

At times, the use of the pool, spa, and tennis court may be used exclusively by appointment with the owners of the property next door to the apartment.

Please Note: The pool is winterised until Labor weekend and is not recommended for use.

Please note the owners have a friendly dog that may roam the property at times.
