“House was beautiful and photos on listing don't actually do it justice.”

The only let down was the cleanliness of the property. It really needs a good deep clean and the courtyard needs a good clean, it was covered in leaves and the windows were pretty filthy. Looked like it hasn't been tidied out there in a while. The kitchen bins were pretty disgusting, they smelt and had residue in the bottom. I had to boil water and give them a good scrub but they still stunk. Beds super comfortable and the bath was epic for the kids. The check in process and booking process was ...

Looked like it hasn't been tidied out there in a while. The kitchen bins were pretty disgusting, they smelt and had residue in the bottom. I had to boil water and give them a good scrub but they still stunk. Beds super comfortable and the bath was epic for the kids. The check in process and booking process was super easy. Would definitely stay again but would be great if more care was taken in the deep cleaning to really make the property 10/10. Also would expect nicer shampoo, conditioner and soap for a property this nice. The soaps were just refilled with a stock standard soap and the shampoo and conditioner don't quite match the caliber of the property. Other things was the wheelie bin was full to the top when we arrived so we had our rubbish overflowing (put this out on the road on Monday and it got emptied but we had to fill again on departure because we had more rubbish) there was also recycling rubbish around the back of the house that hadn't been removed when we arrived. Can't fault the house only the cleaning and maintenance. I know looks like a lot of negatives but we really did love the property and our stay just some feedback re the cleaning as I know as an owner I would want the best for my property. Potential to be the top holiday house for sure.

Thank you for your feedback Paige, we are sorry to hear about the cleaning issues during your stay. This is not the standard we expect for our guests and will be following up with the local manager to ensure everything has been remedied and that future guests are not impacted. Bachcare
