    “I took note of the previous rating saying the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.”

    I thought it would be a one off situation easily remedied. and decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately it wasn't, the condition of the unit was actually worse than the previous rating indicated. So while the facility and location was fine the conditions in the unit were not.
