    “We had an incredible almost 3 month stay in this extremely comfortable house in the best location right across the road from Red Beach .”

    The kitchen is perfectly stocked , more than enough linen and towels . WiFi worked well . Exactly as advertised. We hope to be back soon to what became our “happy place”

Linen

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Enjoy a long soak in the freestanding bath in the beautiful main bathroom. This four-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation over two floors sleeps up to eight. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite, while there is also a separate guest toilet downstairs. Amenities include wi-fi and smart TV, full kitchen and coffee machine. This fully fenced and gated section supplies off-street and roadside parking. Direct beachfront access is available after crossing Ngapara Street. This suburban beachfront setting is found between the Whangaparaoa Peninsular immediately to the south and other popular beaches such as Orewa and Hatfields a short drive to the north.
