Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Open the panel doors to blur the line between indoors and out, connecting you seamlessly with nature. Relax across flexible living spaces, including a master suite with a hide-away Smart TV. The luxury ensuite features floor-to-ceiling louvred windows that bring the bush setting right to your bath. A popular walk leads to Whale Bay, while Tutukaka, 15 minutes south, boasts the marina where you can book fishing and boat tours to Poor Knights for snorkeling. Nearby conveniences include a general store, chip shop and seasonal woodfired pizza moments away in Matapouri. Tutukaka offers Schnappa Rock and the marina restaurant for casual dining, while Ngunguru offers a café, takeaways and grocery stores for all your needs. Discover your slice of heaven at Woolleys Bay! Beach Access Note: Most beach properties offer either amazing views OR immediate access to the beach. This amazing sanctuary offers both breathtaking views and direct, private, foot access to the beach in just moments. The walk to the beach from the house takes less than 3 minutes going down the hill. The first 2/3 is through private bush using well-formed stairs. The final 1/3 is in public reserve land and is very clear, but more irregular. You arrive at the bottom in the corner of the beach amongst beautiful rock formations and Pohutukawa boughs. There, you easily cross the estuary, which will be from calf-deep to hip-deep depending on the tide, to reach the length of the beach. Alternatively, you can walk or drive around by road to the beach’s public car park and walk across the dune.
Please note while older kids are welcome, due to the stairs and ladder, and lack of childproofing, the house is not suitable for smaller children.
