“The property was in a nice setting.”
The interiors were nice and new. However, the mattresses was old and uncomfortable. There were no extra pillows to adjust sleeping comfort. You also have to bring your own shampoo and body wash. Hot water was used up after 4 showers and have to wait a while to replenish.

The owners have been advised and will be replacing the mattresses to ensure optimal comfort. Extra pillows have been purchased for the property. The hot water system is based on consumption. With multiple guests showering, the supply can be depleted. We are exploring options to optimize the hot water system.We value your input and are committed to improving the property Bachcare

Good setup with bedding and facilities. Nice and clean with everything we needed. We would stay back here again when next in Hanmer. It is up a hill but we found that manageable walking to the pools with children.

Kitchen facilities are great for food prep, storage and cooking. The beds were comfortable and clean. We loved the fire as the weather was quite cold but we were cosy. Good communication from managers. Our group of 7 had a wonderful time. Thanks
