Very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need Great for a family holiday and well located near Westfield mall. Beds really comfortable and great showers. Would definitely recommend but the nightly rate isn't very transparent on bachcare. The subtotal hen making payment doesn't include the $500 for linen and cleaning which is quite significant for short stays. Bachcare please make this clearer

Modern and spacious with plenty of entertaining room. Beds very comfy and showers great. Would unhesitatingly recommend and use again.

It starts with the most unimpressive Empty Key Box with NO KEY to enter the property because they "forgot"! Inexcusable! Garbage cans full of trash and flies still in house/garage!!! Items with dead batteries, dryer that doesn't work, etc. Very unimpressive and very poor value for the above average fee charged.

We were a group of 4 70+ couples, in christchurch to tick off some of the things on our bucket lists. Sandy was there to meet us (and to farewell us) on arrival to our cosy warm home for the next 10 days. Everthing was superb more than we could have hoped for. Situated 10 mins brisk walking to Westfield Mall and bus stop all very convenient. We all had a wonderful holiday made even more special by our lovely accomadation.

It was perfect for our family of 6 (incl. 4 tweens/teens) as the 4 bedrooms and 5 beds meant everyone had their own bed. As soon as we walked through the front door we were struck with the quality of the house, the warmth despite the cold weather outside, and how new and modern everything is. It was a wonderful stay, the tv was easy to operate with Netflix ready to go, Wifi was good and the whole family didn't want to leave. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to others and wouldn't bother looking elsewhere if I was ever to visit Christchurch. Location was good in the Riccarton area, close to the University and Westfield shops and some lovely cafes. Even the fussiest of people would not be disappointed staying here. Sandy, the Bachcare manager, was also helpful, thoughtful, friendly and thorough- and her personal interaction was excellent.

So much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the quality of everything this beautiful very warm, as new home provided, with all its luxurious fittings. The beds were extremely comfy, lounge, kitchen, bathrooms all very upmarket and modern. The location was brilliant as very central to everything in Christchurch city. As the photos show this home is truly wonderful, warm, inviting and luxurious! Would most definitely stay again.
