    “What a lovely place, love all the furniture, the photos don’t do it justice.”

    Loads of space and great outside deck under cover. We would love to come back with friends! Confusion on the bed sizes listed differently in two places on the website which resulted in wrong sheet sizes taken, it would be helpful if this was really clear and particularly that the main bed is a Californian King. Hope to be back soon!

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

This bright and welcoming beach base is a fantastic option for a relaxing escape, with views of the beach just moments from your door! This Flaxmill Bay holiday home is set across 2 main dwellings, connected by a sheltered deck... The main dwelling includes modern open plan living with a fireplace to keep you cosy when the weather is cooler. For summer stays, enjoy summer living on the generous deck, with ample room to unwind and take in the views of the beach. The master bedroom at this Flaxmill Bay accommodation is located in the main dwelling and is fitted with a California king bed. In the second dwelling, bedroom 2 includes 1 king and 1 king single bed and bedroom 3 has a king bed. Two of the bedrooms and a bathroom have external access only onto the covered deck, with no internal doors between these rooms. The sleepout is a great space for the kids and includes a bunk bed and a single bed. This is an amazing spot to escape the hustle and bustle, with a modern but relaxed set-up plus easy proximity to the beach... Stay in and enjoy the peace and quiet, or stroll to the end of the road to spend days at the beach. Everything you need for a refreshing getaway awaits. Please note, that the sleep out is a converted garage and is separated from the house. This room sleeps an additional 3 guests, it includes a bunk bed and a king single bed.
