When we arrived the large rug in the master bedroom had not been vacuumed and the toilet had not been cleaned properly. I vacuumed the rug myself but the vacuum cleaner is useless and the home requires a better quality one than The Warehouse one currently there. I realise acquiring good cleaners can be a challenge, but when you are paying a compulsory $275 fee it should be better. Other than that it's a great set up in a great location.

The kitchen was quite prone to ant attacks but there was plenty of spray at hand so wasn't an issue. Would stay again :)

Sunny, well-equipped and plenty of space. On this occasion the cleanliness was not up to its normal standard for for eg fridge had not been cleaned and old food had been left in it. Animal hair was evident about the house. This was disappointing when we pay a cleaning fee. There was nothing to light the B-B-Q with. We rang Bachcare and was advised that they would contact the cottage manager and get back to us - we never heard from them. Despite the bad weather we had a lovely stay - thank-you very much for letting us stay in your bach. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We chose the cottage as it had a fireplace but unfortunately there was no firewood available. We felt it needed a good clean as there was both human hair and pet hair throughout the house and the bathrooms/toilets weren't the cleanest. Had we been staying longer I would have likely given it a good vacuum as we had our 4 small young children with us and I was hesitant to put our babies down on the ground. Given we have to pay a cleaning fee I had expected it to be cleaner than it was.

We are a family of five , the batch would really suit extended family or two families together. So appreciated that the owners allow dogs so we could bring our Cavoodle with us ( not fenced but a quiet road). Easy walk to beach and track to cathedral cove. Well equipped kitchen. Fire was great for cold winter nights. Thank you so much for a great stay. We hope to return soon !
