Have to say we had a lovely holiday, should have checked for WiFi prior to booking but all in all we had a great time, very clean on arrival and great outdoor spacious aera x

G. balls of dust and hair behind doors and in corners, all floors needed mopping as well, drawers in bedrooms were dusty and sandy, need to be cleaned and aired. Some bedroom cupboards were cluttered with owners personal belongings consequently there was limited space to put anything. Both fridges, cooker and bathroom were clean - thank you! Kitchen equipment was just adequate. Outside decking in bad need of maintenance, however did enjoy all the decking and the hot outside shower. We were under the impression that paddles for the kayaks would be available but they weren't although Kristy did provide one. Kayaks did not have the necessary handles to be able to transport them. Photos show both kayaks and bikes... we didn't find the bikes and the kayaks weren't usable. Generally the photos show the property to be in a much better state that it is in reality.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Castleview Getaway is a cosy and comfortable, 3 bedroom Matarangi holiday home. Centrally located, close to the beach, tennis courts and shops, there is no doubt you will have that well deserved family break! This Matarangi holiday home features an open plan living area, with double doors flowing out onto the deck and fully fenced backyard - the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cuppa, while watching the kids play on the lawn! The lounge is comfortable and conveniently located beside the kitchen. The TV is setup with a SKY satellite dish and DVD player - either bring your own sky decoder to keep up with your favourite shows, or watch a movie from your latest collection. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances to enhance your stay. This Matarangi holiday home has 3 good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen sized bed and sliding doors opening onto the deck. Bedding configuration in the second bedroom consists of 1 queen size bed, 1 single bed and a rollaway bed, while the third bedroom has a queen sized bed - ideal for your next family getaway! After a day spent at the beach swimming and building sand castles, there is an outdoor shower on the back deck to wash away the sand. Getaway and enjoy your next family holiday at Castleview!
