She was very apologetic, and a very lovely, happy, and kind lady to deal with. Made us feel very welcome. Loved the fact we had netflix and a smart rv available, which we weren't expecting. This is the 1st bach we've stayed in that had so much stuff available for us to use, plates, bowls, knives, all kitchenware etc, laundry liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, you name it, it was there. It was great. The property itself was great, loved the big deck for our family BBQs, and lots of room for our 5yo to run around and play. Would definitely book here again in the future

The pictures depicted we were close to water but we weren't. A short drive to Waihi Beach is incorrect, it was 10 minutes. One fan was not enough to keep the place cool as it was a sunny, hot weekend. Shade cloth should have been put up prior to arrival. Beds very soft and uncomfortable. However, the fully fenced section and gardens were lovely for a toddler to explore and the house, very safe.

Very tidy and well equipped for cooking. The gardens are absolutely beautiful great for entertaining outdoors and enjoying the weather with a good cheese board. Handy lemon tree and kayaks are a nice touch. Some instructions on best time to kayak and where to kayak to would be helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Not so. All the same it is a nice place, good gardens an well turned out.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Tymeout is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Athenree accommodation at Waihi Beach. This relaxed and sunny holiday home is an awesome base for your next break away, with everything you need for a laid back stay, right across the road from the Athenree estuary! A few minutes easy walk to the Athenree Hot Pools. Enjoy a nice soak after walking the tracks in the Kaimai Ranges, playing golf at one of the nearby golf courses, or cycling the scenic cycle trail between Waihi and Paeroa, Two kayaks are also available for your use. This Athenree accommodation includes comfortably appointed open plan living that flows onto the spacious deck. Enjoy the great set up for summer stays, with plenty of space to unwind in the sun... fire up the BBQ and take in the peaceful surrounds! The fully fenced section is a great option for family stays. There are 3 bedrooms at this Athenree accommodation. Bedroom 1 includes an ensuite bathroom, and is fitted with a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, while bedroom 3 includes 2 single beds. Fibre broadband and a Nespresso pod machine also included. Everything you need for a refreshing break is on hand, stay in and relax, head to the estuary on the two kayaks, or make your way to Waihi Beach for days in the sand and surf... Tymeout has you covered for a cruisy break away!
