“We had a comfortable stay here.”
Location was great. Close to town. The listing didn't say that it had a shared driveway. Between our parking space and the neighbors we both had too maneuver into each other's driveways to exit the property. We felt the cleaning fee was extremely expensive. $300 for 3 adults and one toddler. For 4 nights. The home was not that clean on arrival. There was a A4 paper on the fridge expecting us to clean the house when we leave! Right down to cleaning the skirting boards. Behind bathroom ...

The only negative was the bunk bed was a bit squeaky and wobbly. Otherwise a great holiday home. Everything you could ever need was there. Was great having the heat pump because we had the best week of weather in Whangamata.

We had a lovely weekend away with the family from grandparents to toddlers. Can highly recommend.

Exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds, fans in every bedroom, heat pump in lounge, well stocked kitchen, 2 fridges, superb BBQ and outdoor area. Couldn’t be happier. Also a very good location for walking to shops and harbour.

The Manager was friendly, reliable, and a great communicator. The property was super clean and organised. A lot of thought has been put into gearing up the property to be comfortable and easy to stay in. Every appliance, utensil, and extra comfort item that could be required was there. The location is great, being close to the shops and wharf area, as well as the beach. Thank you for an easy, enjoyable, comfortable and fun stay.

The Master bedroom (with ensuite), lounge and dining room all open up and flow out to the peaceful north facing, sunny paved courtyard, where you can spend your days unwinding on the outdoor furniture. About the location
Whangamata is a favourite holiday destination in the Coromandel. It has one of the best surf breaks in the area, as well as having safe enough swimming for families.
