Hope “We loved our stay, it's a great place.”
Easy walk to everything we wanted to do. Beautifully clean, lovely comfy beds, well set up. Only issue was that the bunks are king singles, and we brought single sheets that didn't fit properly.

The property is a good wee kiwi Bach, clean and has all you need. A well stocked kitchen, washing machine, clothes horse, fire for cold nights and is generally a warm place. Could do with an individual oil column heater for a couple of the rooms especially if you have little ones. The main reasons we won’t use Bachcare again, they are unable to provide things like highchairs and offer no suggestions for those who might in the area and they also are inflexible about the linen hire. We wanted linen for some guests and they were unable to accommodate us and instead wanted to charge everyone including the infants who weren’t even using linen. When I emailed them about this they were unable to do anything which of course is untrue and it honestly seems a little money grabbing. When there are so many options for accommodation, it’s pretty poor and we’ll definitely book through someone else next time. A pity for the property which is a good wee kiwi Bach.

We're sorry to hear that you experienced issues with getting linen added to your booking, we recommend adding linen at the time of your booking to prevent Bachcare from not having enough time to organise them for guests. Furthermore, high chairs are only available at certain properties and we would recommend checking the amenity list to see if a high chair is available at a particular property. Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
