Dishes were not clean, and thick layer of dust behind beds and on skirting boards. Some of the curtains do not fit the windows so do not meet in the middle. It could do with some basic maintenance and a bit of upkeep. Seemed to contain all our basic needs, it’s just the cleanliness and maintenance that disappointed.

Make your morning coffee and sit out on the deck to soak up the fresh morning air or at the end of the day sit back with a wine or beer in the warm summer air.
When you get home from a day spent down on the beach, soaking up the sun, sand and surf, fire up the BBQ and finish of the day with a classic kiwi dinner fresh off the grill!

Whangamata is a favourite holiday destination in the Coromandel. It has one of the best surf breaks in the area, as well as having safe enough swimming for families.
