“Gorgeous spot and fabulous house right on the beach.”
Very special. Lots of amenities and the beautiful kitchen well catered with all the little things you need. Really lovely central courtyard was perfect for dining at night by the fire (mosquito repellent was even supplied!) if we didn’t want to dine on the front deck! We loved our stay and thanks for greeting us and making sure we had everything.

Thomas “The house has a fantastic location and we liked the set-up a lot.”
Unfortunately the cleaning was below expectations, the meet and greet has not taken place and we had to get along ourselves. The kitchen should get a thorough cleaning and too much private things or left-overs of previous tenants remained in the house. Coordination between bachcare and property owner did not work, as well as informing the cleaning that we prolonged a night. Things that should not happen. We have had the feeling that the house is not beeing looked after the way it should.

Blair “Can't fault the location of the property.”
Have been in here for the last 4 years but the property is feeling more tired each time though. Upkeep needs to be better (furniture, cushions, drapes etc). I had to fix the umbrella myself to operate it. Just needs some details attended too which would make a huge difference (like the bbq lighter not working, de-moulding curtains). Value for money proposition is questionable.

David “An amazing property with lovely views of the beach.”
Very 'easy living' and everything we needed was provided and easy to use. We loved the courtyard with the fire, and the "indoor-outdoor" living. We had an amazing time here and would certainly come back. The only very minor thing was that the person in the ground floor bedroom said that the mattress was not very comfortable.

The house itself is a great design and we were blessed with the weather. Georgie the manager was awesome to deal with and the welcome basket was a lovely surprise. Beds and couches very comfy. The things I was disappointed with were communication between bachcare & Georgie not so good, check in info was not communicated to her. In the house having only doona/duvets as a summer option?? No cotton blankets or summer coverlets only woollen blankets, no soap in showers only a tiny sample tube of wash for 3 people ? Cheap hand wash and only ends of ones in kitchen and bathrooms, not enough toilet paper so had to buy our own, and portable fans especially in the back room should be thrown out, rusty and very noisy. TV DID NOT WORK!!!! We were happy to pay top dollar but being that I also have a holiday rental I have high expectations, we were a little disappointed. Regards Maddie

There is also a separate open study fitted with a double foldout sofa, which is accessed via bedroom 1. Across the courtyard, a sleepout is fitted with two single beds. Each bedroom includes an ensuite, providing space and convenience. Do not use neighbours private carparks. Use internal garage or public road only. Driveway is long and narrow, adequate turning room at the end. Limited parking for 2 cars plus a boat.

As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
