Megan “Loved this property, perfect for 2 families and those views….”
Stunning spot!
Stunning spot!

Sylvia “Overall we were very pleased with this place, but a huge negative is the lack of furniture on the terrace.”
The weather was sunny and we would have loved to have been able to use the terrace more, but there was only a tiny table (not the one advertised in the photos, by the way) and a couple of lawn chairs, BUT NO UMBRELLA, so there was no shade. Such a shame. This house has the potential to be a 5-star accommodation if there was proper terrace furniture like a large table with an umbrella, or even better would be an awning to cover the whole terrace. Couches and chairs would be nice as well. There was also a very poorly repaired patch on the terrace which looked awful: a few pieces of raw plywood nailed to the floor. On the plus side, the beds were super comfortable with very good linen. We had to ask for extra blankets (for lounging in the living room) and Lynn was kind enough to bring us one. The garbage bin in the kitchen was broken and there were no garbage bins in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with basic cookware and dishes etc. The expresso machine was a nice touch. The best feature of the house is the stunning view of the lake and mountains and the humongous backyard. Many thanks to Lynn from Bachcare who was very accommodating and understanding of our frustration with the lack of proper terrace furniture.
- Sylvia, January 2024Shannon “Awesome spot loved it”
- Shannon, December 2023Tony “The house had spectacular views and was clean however no table/chairs on deck and no telescope as shown in promotional photos of place.”
Also there was no freezer in house and said not to use fridge/freezer in laundry room

- Lucy, August 2023Shannon “Great spot as always”
- Shannon, July 2023Nicole “Great house - well kept, huge deck, comfortable furnishings and linen.”
The shower in the ensuite needs to be lower volume or you need to change the tray as it floods every time. I did report it but no one came to sort it out.
