Clean and tidy house. Nice beautiful house. Just that the given address was a bit confusing.

Good spaces. All was fine but would be good for you to fix the downstairs shower door so it easily clicks close. Also, we arrived late... (plane delays). It was dark and we had trouble identifying the house as there is no street number. It would be good if there were a number on side of house. Thanks

.....just 1 question? there was a modem and wifi would of been handy but obviously not essential. There could of been more cleaning products available and the vacuum needed to be emptied before we could use it. also there was no instructions to remove the rubbish, (which we did) some of the local rubbish bags would also have helped as we noticed it was rubbish day when we left. Thank you for the use of the bach, we had a great stay and would stay again if available in the future

The bathrooms and kitchen were pristine. The pantry available was quite small, as was the kitchen for a large family (we were a party of 8). The showers were adequate downstairs but quite weak upstairs. It was not easy to cook on the hob as it was quite temperamental, but we were quite unhappy with the broken power point that was left under the bed. Also there was only one smoke alarm that we could see in the house, and we feel safety is not up to scratch for a 'family friendly' bach. We did manage to have a good time, it might just be time for the owners to have a good look at the place as a few things need updating. Thank you.

It's a well set up bach (home really) with plenty of comfortable beds, a wonderful deck that gets a heap of morning sunshine, it's clean and tidy, a close and easy walk to the beach and space for the kids to play downstairs and in the backyard. It was so good our extended family are keen to use this place again.

A group of us thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place for the long weekend. The rooms are deceivingly large and the place is really well maintained. You'll find yourself spending most of your time relaxing on the deck looking at the view of the lake. Thank you for our stay!

Great place for largish family groups to spread out and enjoy all that lake taupo has to offer.

All amenities are very basic/cheap, and furnishings (except for beds) are falling apart. Very unclean, old dirty underwear/socks/toiletries left around the home. Holes in walls.

Our team has also confirmed there are no holes in the wall at this property. The sofas have since been replaced and everything is looking great at the property. About the location
Just a few minutes drive from Taupo Central, Acacia Bay is a great place for a holiday filled with boating, fishing and hiking. Head into town for some shopping and an array of excellent cafes, or drive to see the famous Huka Falls. Another great thing to do is to simply find a good spot and take in the view of Lake Taupo over a picnic or some fish and chips.
