    “We arrived to an unclean house with cobwebs, spiders and dust everywhere.”

    The linen we ordered and paid for was not present with someone coming on day two to apologise and say they'd request a refund for it (we haven't heard anything). The shower leaks and the toilet cistern is playing up. There was no manual to welcome us or to tell us about the area or what was expected of us. I had to ask at the shop re rubbish collection and we left the home tidier than we found it anyway. The house itself was ok, matched what was promoted on the website and had everything we ...

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
