“All in all a great place in a great location.”
So close to everything we needed access to... Only a couple of minor things. 1. The TV is a bit dated with pretty poor picture quality 2. No Sky was a downer and would also be nice to be able to screen cast from laptop to TV Paul

Arrived there Friday evening after a couple of matches ready to rest and relax. Discovered pool was drained and having maintenance (main reason for booking so my daughter could swim after football), no mention of this when booking. Then find the bed hadn't been made, only one towel was out, no tea towels out etc so had to find all of above and make the bed myself. Not ideal when you've driven for 4 hours and been on the side of a pitch for 4 hours. It's clean and tidy but I'm not sure it's worth the money to be honest. A little disappointed.

Everything we needed was there. Only issue was that the lockbox to get the key was a bit tricky to get open.

It's is so homely, cosy and warm. Close to shops. Great for doing the Taupo Marathon as we can walk to and from the start/finish line. We will be back next year.

We enjoyed dinner at the balcony watching lake Taupo at distance. Apartment is very conveniently located and very close to the town centre (about 2 mins walk) and the lake front . Loved our evening walks around the apartment . We did not use the Kitchen - but it had every possible pots and pans and ingredients if one wanted to cook . Apartment came with a washing machine . Parking was in front of the apartment and pretty easy. The only issue we found that we were unable to use the basin on the bathroom 1 . The water stopper was closed .

Only a 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the lake front. The accommodation had everything you would need for a home away from home. Would definitely be back again.

Was just perfect for our week away and so close to everything. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the lake and surrounds...we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The place had all the amenities we needed and was quiet and warm.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Relax on Roberts is a 1 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Taupo including WIFI and swimming pool facilities. This cosy apartment is an ideal escape for couples. This centrally located apartment offers comfortable open plan living including a heat pump for year round stays. The wooden finished kitchen has all the essentials for meals indoors or step out onto the balcony and have your morning coffee while enjoying views of Lake Taupo. The master bedroom also includes its own access to the balcony making for easy access to soak up the surrounding views. Relax poolside with the onsite shared facilities, or head to the lake's edge just a short 2 minute stroll where you can hit some golf balls into the lake at Taupo’s ‘Hole in One’. Walk a further 10 minutes and you’ll end up in Taupo central where you can explore the local shops and cafes. Take a 10 minute drive up the Waikato River to the popular Huka Falls or head to the snow, with Turangi less than an hours drive away for a day on the slopes. Relax on Roberts awaits!
