“Nice property wasn’t aware it was 3 storey so made it difficult for the elderly people that stayed (can’t remember if it mentioned that in the script) Great view clean and tidy.”
Disappointed there was no milk when we arrived after a long drive . Also Flannels and hair products would have been helpful, 1 towel for 4 days was abit stingy .

Had good heating, as winter in Taupo is very cold. But it was cosy and warm with the heating provided. Would highly recommend this unit to others.

Lovely pool to use within the complex. Excellent security. Bottom level is decked out for children's fun. But there is no air con or fan and we experienced 30+ degrees.

It was an easy walk into town or along the lake front. Ideal for a group of friends or couples as each bedroom has its own bathroom. Would definitely rent this property again.

Our expectations otherwise were met, great view very close to town 5 minute walk. We swam in the Waikato river below and in the pool.

The unit is quiet and a great layout for groups of couples if you don't mind walking the stairs - 3 levels with a bedroom / ensuite on each level. A tight 2 car garage provides good parking and storage and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a nice patio and outdoor furniture at ground level by the river but it's a shame it is 3 flights up to the kitchen to fetch refreshments. Only a very small balcony at the living level. All the bedrooms are good size and modern bathrooms with great showers (BYO toiletries). The house would be snug in winter with heaters, HTRs, and underfloor heating in bathrooms but is hot in summer with no aircon or ranchsliders and windows can't be opened far. The blinds in bedrooms let a lot of light in so would suit early risers. We didn't go to the pool

Lovely views, and walking distance to town centre or around to the marina and lake front. Plenty of room in the house for everyone to spread out and have their own space.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
