This is our second time and last time I noted it needed a bit more work on the cleanliness. This has obviously been addressed as the entire place was very clean. This was a stress free and enjoyable quick escape. We will be back!

All the necessities and very comfortable. Perfect location.Pool is a great idea but too cold to swim in! Really disappointed at the level of cleanliness. This was not cheap accommodation so least we expected was a clean house!

Our Managed Services team commented that this property was left in a very poor condition after your booking and as such has taken an extended amount of time preparing for the next guests. It had a well-appointed kitchen with all the amenities, including extras like condiments in fridge and cupboards. It was warm, clean and beds were very comfy. The pool was cold but the kids enjoyed it anyway. The freeview tv didn't work, but we weren't there to watch tv. Enjoyed borrowing the fishing supplies and even caught a couple spotties out on the breakwater. A great location to hop on the bike track and either walk or ride into Picton. We had a fantastic holiday!

Great place to stay, location was perfect, loved the washing machine and all the board games in the cupboard! Would highly recommend this house to anyone. Hope to stay again one day soon, thanks for having us!

Location close to Waikawa Marae made it ideal for our purposes. The kitchen layout was spacious and the appliances were topnotch. We were able to host a dinner for 9 visitors plus ourselves (2 of us) with ease. Great off-street parking and easy entry. Also quick, clear communicaations. Really appreciated the swimming pool as Waikawa heated up. Pai te waahi. Pai te Wairua. Pai te ingoa. (Nice place. Nice spirit. Nice name)
