Kristen “The spa pool was full of toilet paper and spa water smelt foul didn't get to use it, the dishwasher didn't work it, ceiling started leaking when the upstairs shower was going, the extraction fan wasn't working in top bathroom overall highly disappointed with the service from bachcare have had no offer of refund or anything.”

- Kristen, August 2024Hi Kristen, We are sorry to hear of your experience at the property. However, we would like to clarify a few things. The spa pool was clear and cleaned by the property manager before your arrival. A new dishwasher was also installed before your last day. A plumber was called by the owner to check the supposed leak, but ended up not finding any issues with the plumbing. There is also no fan at the upstairs bathroom, instead, it has a showerdome and external opening window. 1 adult is wheelchair bound and we brought a ramp for the front door, other than that the bottom story was completely accessible for him. The spa pool and pool table are excellent additions for entertainment and the kitchen was well stocked with all equipment needed. Kids loved the free range chickens, the fireplace was lovely and kept the whole house warm. Thankyou so much, and We cant wait to come back again!

Very clean and tidy and comfortable. Great amount of space for several families. We loved having the fire going with plenty of wood available and the kids loved the spa. Will definitely stay again when we next visit the mountain.

Love it’s size and ability to house up to 3 families very comfortably. The kitchen could do with some updated utensils (couple more stirring spoons, pair of scissors, a sieve for example) but small details really. The pool table was missing a couple of cues and chalk - again small details. On arrival (through no fault of their own) the water wasn’t working and the manager was very helpful and communicative. As was the owner. Bachcare management not so much. We worked with the house manager and plumber independently and got it fixed. No help from top management. Did get a refund but no personal messages from bachcare which isn’t very professional TBH. Doesn’t detract from the fact that we will be back as it’s a perfect house for our needs. Just think bachcare could look at their processes for resolving any issues quickly as that was the only let down.

Owner turned on Spa before we arrive thats some thing very Cary.Spacious house with enough space for 12 people and more even. we enjoyed a lot . Few Things to note down how ever 1-Stove was working intermittently so difficult for family to cook all time 2- No Mixer so better to.bring your own if needed. 3- if you are using oven , please bring your own cloth to hold hot tray .

Fire was great, and exceptional kitchen size accomodating a large group of 11. It was well equipped for winter weather, lots of space, games, smart TV, Spa and very clean & tidy! Our family would love to stay again!
