    First of all, Thank you for a good, warm stay at Raetihi place from 13-15th July. All the bedrooms were clean and tidy and well set up for us visitors. Kitchen was neat and the toilets clean and well maintained. Sorry, to inform you that the oven was not in working condition even though we tried operating it several times. Unfortunately, there was not any contact number provided so that we could ring to seek assistance. These were big set backs for us. We had to spent large amount of time ...

    First of all, Thank you for a good, warm stay at Raetihi place from 13-15th July. All the bedrooms were clean and tidy and well set up for us visitors. Kitchen was neat and the toilets clean and well maintained. Sorry, to inform you that the oven was not in working condition even though we tried operating it several times. Unfortunately, there was not any contact number provided so that we could ring to seek assistance. These were big set backs for us. We had to spent large amount of time in the kitchen cooking meals for our families on both nights and mornings. It would have saved us heaps of time if the oven was in perfect order. It would be greatly appreciated if you could consider compensating the amount for the discomfort and inconvenience caused due to oven disorder. We look forward to hearing from you at the earliest. Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 a double bunk + single bed and bedroom 3 a double bed + single. Enjoy this great location as Raetihi is just a 10-minute drive to Ohakune but has a more relaxed atmosphere. Raetihi has its own cafes, superette and the Cossie Club is open to the public for great value meals. Take your bike out for some mountain biking or cycling through fantastic scenery. Handy to Tongariro and Whanganui National Parks, this property is well-located for skiing or snowboarding, tramping, fishing or to just escape. Raetihi Cottage welcomes you!

As the internal stairs has a handrail and no horizontal balustrades to prevent potential falls, it is important that all guests take extra care and adults should always supervise young children when accessing this area.
