    “We absolutely loved staying at Kanuka House.”

    House is cosy and fireplace welcome in the cooler nights we had. Loved relaxing out on the deck area and listening to birdsong and watching the Tui’s. such a peaceful area. Hope to be back again also loved the artwork and many interesting books.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

You'll be sure to spend most of your time out on the deck with the BBQ going and accompanied your better half and a glass of wine. Surrounded by stunning scenery, you'll be pleased to know there are many attractions close by for you to visit. The renown Abel Tasman National Park is only a 13-minute drive away and features breathtaking views of golden sand beaches, uninterrupted landscapes and stunning wildlife that can be explored by land, sea and air! The stunning Kaiteriteri beach, on the other hand, is just a 4-minute drive away around the corner. You'll find plenty of local eateries nearby for you to grab a bite to eat to take down to the beach where you can watch as the sunsets. For a peaceful escape, surrounded by nature, Kanuka House awaits!

About the location

Located at the Southern end of Abel Tasman National Park, Kaiteriteri is known for its golden sandy beach, making it the perfect place to relax and put your feet up any time of the year. If you're up for something active, hire a mountain bike and explore the trails, or get out on the water for some sailing or fishing. It's also a great place to catch a water taxi out to the Abel Tasman National Park for a day hike.
