Overlooking Little Kaiteriteri with magnificent views across Tasman Bay to Nelson and the mountains, with all-day sun and complete privacy. This is just the ticket for a family or large group looking for their next holiday stay in Kaiteriteri. Head out to the outdoor dining furniture and take in the amazing scenery & views that surround this home. The home also has drive on access, with a covered garage, a huge flat front lawn perfect for games of backyard cricket and a BBQ that will no doubt see plenty of use during the warmer months of the year. The home consists of three bedrooms in the house; including 2 double-rooms and a single bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a sleepout that houses a pair of single bunks. On top of this the home also features a massive open plan living area, with plenty of comfortable couches and great views of the ocean. As an added benefit, the home is also equipped with WiFi and a potbelly fireplace to keep you warm during winter stays. A 7 minute walk to Kaiteriteri main beach, 5 mins to Breaker Bay and only six kilometres from Marahau (the start of the famous Abel Tasman walkway) the house is ideally suited for walkers, beach lovers, wine lovers or for those who simply want to relax in beautiful surroundings.
