“This was the sixth bach I've stayed this year.”
Most have hard beds, and as sleeping is the main use, it was nice to have more comfortable beds. Everything was up to standard and in most cases beyond.

The location was very clean, affordable, handy to all amenities and accommodated the 6 of us perfectly. We were very cosy thank you.

Everything was clean and tidy and we found the outdoor deck very relaxing with good afternoon sun.. The location was fantastic and a very short walk to Kaiteriteri Beach. We did find the linen situation a little confusing in that we opted, when we booked, to bring our own but found some beds had linen while others didn’t, and hand towels, tea towels etc which we brought were also available. We did take the existing linen off the beds and used our own. The only other maintenance needed was tidying of the garden and the lawn mowed. All in all, we had a lovely stay and we’ll definitely book again. Thank you.

Olivia “We had THE BEST time here.”
This home is the perfect location, just a quick walk down to road to the beach, and the shops. The playground and a minigolf is also a 1min walk away. The only downside was that on one morning (of the 6) there was quite a bit of noise from the Campgrounds Rubbish Area that was just next door! The home had everything we needed and the cutest backyard! Thank you!

The location is simply the best you can get in Kaiteriteri. There is no comparison. The bach had everything we needed. It was simply the best relaxing holiday we could have hoped for. It’s right on the edge of the Abel Tasman National Park and access to the best beaches in New Zealand. We can’t recommend this bach highly enough. Thank you for letting us stay there.

That wouldnt have been a problem if the seperation wall wasnt cardboard like. We could here exactly what the people were saying next to us. They were also walking on the floor above us. Even a bigger surprise. We called bachcare about it and they were very apolegizing and promised to call us back but never did...

Bathroom is nice and new. The kitchen and one of the bedrooms is a bit on the small side, but the open plan living and garage that we used for bikes and gear made up for it. We would stay again.

30 am onwards ie difficult for a sleep in .But we found it did not bother us too much.

One bedroom with bunks is a internal very very small one and too small for 2 teenagers. The kids pulled the mattress out and slept in the lounge, not ideal, with just small kids it would be fine.

Perfect location, with good private outdoor areas. Kitchen prep items and dinner ware could do with refresh but aside from that, it had everything we needed for a relaxed beach holiday.

The property is like a duplex with the bedrooms directly above the living & bedroom so this can be off putting.

The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. It is close to the beach, shop, playground, mini golf, campground, cafe and is on flat land. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. No wifi...yeeha! I loved it but the teenagers had to buy their own data. I would definitely stay there again.

Simple set up, Bunk beds, one level, fully fenced and right by the estuary , playground and flying fox. We couldn't have asked for better and would definitely use it again.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Located at the Southern end of Abel Tasman National Park, Kaiteriteri is known for its golden sandy beach, making it the perfect place to relax and put your feet up any time of the year. If you're up for something active, hire a mountain bike and explore the trails, or get out on the water for some sailing or fishing. It's also a great place to catch a water taxi out to the Abel Tasman National Park for a day hike.
