We stayed with our children and grandchildren for the weekend. The wood burner was wonderful and we could enjoy games while the weather was windy and wet. Great place all over and we would like to enjoy it during the summer, so see you soon.

Was able to communicate with them via email and text before, during and after our stay. I received a text advising house was clean and ready for us approx 2 hours before our scheduled check in. Bachcare does have a lot of amazing beautiful holiday properties around the country so I will be using them a lot more in the future. This particular holiday house on Hector Lang Drive is absolutely perfect for a big family beach summer holiday. You’re right across from Langs Beach, you’re a very short drive to Waipu Cove (you must dine at the Waipu Cove Cafe and Restaurant) and a little bit further and you’ll be at Waipu (there’s a Scottish museum and legendary McLeod’s pizza barn). This house is a great home base if you want to explore Waipu and Mangawhai. The house is on a very quiet street and the locals you’ll see drive by with their tractors and boat are very friendly. The house has a great layout and very comfortably furnished - we’re very impressed by the very sturdy and comfy couches and beds. Also have great wifi so this can also be a good place for a ‘working holiday’ We will definitely be back!

Being winter, I was wanting it to be cosy, and the wood fire created the perfect ambiance for wet winter days! The property is so relaxing - just what we needed. Beds, including the bunks, were super comfortable, excellent well provisioned kitchen,location just across from the beach, and spa to soak in at the end of the day. Jeanie Fay and Jesse were great to deal with - going out of their way to ensure we had the perfect stay, which we did!!

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Ocean Oasis is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Langs Beach Holiday Home with Wifi and a Spa, just one row of houses back from the beach. This modern and tastefully presented home is ideal for your next family or friend getaway. If the gorgeous ocean views from the deck aren't enough, this home is equipped with an outdoor shower and spa pool, perfect for rinsing off and relaxing after a long day at the beach. Not to mention the ample space and shade you can make use of while enjoying a BBQ on the expansive deck. The home itself is modern with large spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. For winter stays, the closed pot belly fire and supply of wood will keep everyone warm and snug. You're just a short 3 minute stroll to the waters edge at Langs Beach or if you're feeling the need for a hearty meal or caffeine fix then the cute Cove Cafe is only a 7 minute drive from the home. Ocean views and modern touches, enjoy all that this Langs Beach holiday home has to offer.
Please note that the 4th bedroom sleeps 4 people, with 2 sets of bunk beds. The beds are sturdy, but the top bunks may be more comfortable (for space) for children than for adults.
