“Our staff have stayed many times at this property and love staying here however we always have issues with the key.”
Either not in the lock box or the lockbox code is incorrect. This has happened multiple times now and is incredibly frustrating when our staff have been travelling for a good part of the day only to arrive at accommodation and not get in. Always having to call book a bach and get help (which at times is difficult to get ahold of someone). This really needs to be looked at please.

Location is perfect and close to everything Mangawhai has to offer.

Super comfortable beds and very quite. The only thing that would add extra value would be a bigger couch or an L shaped couch. There wasn't really space to lounge with 4 adults. Perhaps a couple of beanbags would be valuable given the space and could double for outside in the sun. Nonetheless it was great and we made do with reading our books on our beds in the sun!

However the plates,cups and knifes forks were dirty and the lack of information was annoying. A simple welcome letter on the table with where to turn on power and the Wi-Fi code etc to save txtn the agent to ask would of been gd.

Had everything we needed and the family had a great time in Mangawhai. A pity that the place was'nt cleaned before arrival and a pity that Bachcare didn't care that it wasn't clean. The properly needed a good clean before any guests stayed and this resulted in us needed to do lots of cleaning for the first few days instead of enjoying our holiday. The flies were next level and they loved all surfaces, especially the couch, kitchen and dining table and no matter how much we cleaned they still loved everything! The BBQ needs a good clean and was unusable.
