The house was superbly stocked and the cleanliness was the best we had seen across various stays across the years. 2 minute walk to the beach and plenty of room for the kids to run around. Trampoline was a great added bonus. Will definitely be back hopefully sooner rather than later

Lovely to be able to take the family pet. Close, easy access to the beach. The home has expansive deck areas, with a big yard for children to play in and we appreciated the availability of bikes, balls and a skateboard.

Exactly what we were after, there was enough room, the beds were comfortable, it's a fantastic location walking distance to the beach and the trampoline was a bonus for our 4 year old. The biggest thing for us was that we were able to bring our dogs and with the property being fully fenced we didn't have to worry about them wandering. We may book again in the future and will definitely recommend to friends and family

It was very comfortable & clean. Well stocked with utensils & crockery. The best part was being able to just cross the road to the boardwalk over the dunes to the most stunning beach! And it was a close drive to the township of Ruakaka for stocking up on essentials. The only drawback was that it was not fully fenced as described. There is a wide gate over the driveway but it has large gaps in it that any small/medium dog could get through. It would be perfect if it was walled off at both ends of the house so that the courtyard area at the back was fenced off to enable dogs & small children to run around freely through the sliding doors off the deck.

She loved it too, especially the walks along the beach. The board games were wonderful. I now have a couple more I'd like to buy for home. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of them. The only suggestion I have is to maybe have some more basic supplies in the pantry. I left our oil for the next people. Maybe also some microwaveable dishes with lids??

We were a large group, a family of 7, and the house catered to our needs. Everyone had their own space indoors as well as outdoors. Having the beach within walking distance was a bonus. We will definitely be back again.

Maximum use of outdoor space with tables and lots of seating on all sides to catch the sun at any time of day, and good use of indoor space so the six of us were accommodated very comfortably; good beds; clean; plenty of crockery & cooking utensils supplied in kitchen for cooking meals; only teeny flaws were lack of storage and wardrobe space in second double bedroom so two couples had to share the walk-in wardrobe off the master bedroom, and lack of instructions on what to do with recycling - but small quibbles, everything else was great - very relaxed time there; short walk to beach; happy to return and to recommend to anyone

as usual, our holiday started with warm welcome from a familiar face, the manager Jesse. The property we stayed this time was prepared with a well balanced gradation of white, gray and black colour. It gave us an impression of settled, calm, tidy and contemporary house which allowed us peeking the owner’ favorite, spick and span. It provided everything we need, area for our dog, bicycles etc. Even my two children learnt and mastered riding a bicycle within the property!!! We loved staying here and we will definitely comeback.

The gorgeous beach is nearby, also great location to explore Whangarei and Tutukaka coast. Most importantly, the house! The kitchen has everything you need, beds are so comfy and the living room was the perfect size. Also the outdoor deck was fabulous for dining al fresco. Wish we could have stayed longer.
