    “House has advantages for family groups.”

    Comments for owner to consider include: inside dinning limited by seating ie table and 6 chairs, especially in winter crockery need to be updated to cater for groups 10/12 pax small items lie corkscrew, matches,fire lighters, paper and wood cleaners need to do better,eg under lounges were beer bottle tops,garbage etc Responseto issues however was very prompt!!

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

This 2 storey Wanaka holiday home includes warm and welcoming open plan living upstairs - the spacious lounge, dining, and kitchen ensures ample room for your group to relax and unwind or cook up family holiday feasts, with a potbelly fireplace for keeping toasty during your winter retreat. When the weather is warmer, enjoy the large deck with a sheltered area where you can dine al fresco in comfort - fire up the BBQ and check out the sweet lake scenes! A heat pump both up and downstairs ensure extra year round comfort. A separate sitting room will keep everyone happy, where the kids can have their own space while the adults relax around the fire. Upstairs at this Wanaka accommodation, bedroom 1 includes deck access, a heat pump and is fitted with a king bed. Downstairs, bedrooms 2 and 3 also have outdoor access plus a king bed. Bedroom 4 includes 2 single beds, and bedroom 5 has 2 single bunk sets. To complete your easy group configuration, there is a bathroom on each floor. Chill out on site with plenty of indoor/outdoor space for relaxed year round getaways, or stroll to the lake edge for hiking and cycling along the waters edge - be sure to check out The Wanaka Tree along your journey!
