Sarah “The house was gorgeous.”
Light, airy, spacious and private with lovely views. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, close to town, the lake and walks but away from the busy bustle of Wanaka. Would definitely stay again… and recommend.

Would be ideal for our family and grandchildren on another visit. Lots of room, reading matter, games, great walks for causal and serious walkers. Close to town. Loved the views, beautiful neighbour hood. Easy house care instructions to follow, had the fire lit one evening. Yip, awesome place.

Incredibly comfortable for the 5 of us, had all the amenities one would need for cooking, entertainment and sleeping. The log burner was perfectly positioned to keep the entire house warm, we had it burning everyday. The Bach is located in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood, close to walks, bike tracks and beaches. We loved waking up to the tui and bell bird songs each morning. A very small negative is that the single beds were very soft but wobbly with each movement which woke my children up. We will be back.

Was great value for $$ only had one time when the electricity went out b/c of too many heaters at once but was easy to fix with the breaker. Would suggest a rubbish bin in the ensuite bathroom. The house is pretty cold in the am, need a heat pump or bigger heater for the lounge. Great location, nice and quiet but close to town. Plenty of room. Kitchen was great

We were just hoping being winter, the home would be warm enough and it was super warm! Great logburner and to have nightstall and underfloor heating was a welcomed bonus. A true home away from home with all the comforts. Plenty of games and puzzles, dry firewood, great shower and comfy armchairs/sofa etc. Fantastic location with short walk to the lake shore, frisbee golf and a pleasant walk into the township. We would definitely stay again, maybe summer months next time to get the most of the use of the private sun deck. The birdsong in the garden is really lovely too. Thank you. It made our trip to Wanaka that much more enjoyable having a good place to stay.
