Kaiyuan “1. The kettle looks so disgusting -- There is a thick layer of dirt at the bottom, and we are unable to use it.”
Seems the black thick layer can be partially scraped but we have no idea what it is; 2. No hot water for showers in the first 2 days. It only had hot water for 1-2 minutes then the water turned to cold immediately. My mom just applied soap and then the water suddenly turned cold. It's winter. It's really frustrating!!! We had NOT taken a good bath for 3 days(first day we moved in, second day, and third day until 10pm); 3. The shower hose in the second bathroom is broken, and we are unable to ...

We had NOT taken a good bath for 3 days(first day we moved in, second day, and third day until 10pm); 3. The shower hose in the second bathroom is broken, and we are unable to take a shower with it. All of us have to use the bathroom from the master room; 4. Table lamps in the bedroom do not work -- the cords are short and switch panels are hidden behind the mattress; 5. The light in the lower-level toilet doesn't work. Again, we all have to use the toilet from the master bedroom; 6. The faucet switches in all bathrooms and kitchen are very tight and hard to adjust.

The kettle has been replaced along with the gas bottle replacement which incidentally ran low during your stay. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused during this time.
