    “Overall a really comfortable stay.”

    The place was very warm and cozy, and the spa was a bonus! The washing machine, however, doesn't spin dry clothes so they came out soaking wet and there was a few missing utensils/supplies - no wine glasses, strainer, or coat hangers etc. The construction wasn't much of an inconvenience as the workers were able to move the fence so we could use the entrance. Regardless, we were very happy and enjoyed Queenstown very much.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
