Candy “It was a shame the Queen bed was not in the bedroom next to the bathroom.”
As it could have been used by a couple with an ensuite. Another towel rail in the downstairs bathroom would have been helpful, or even hooks behind the door. No power point in the downstairs bathroom. The house was lovely to stay in no problems at all.

You have to get out of bed to turn lights which is a no no. I think last time we stayed at this property I raised this issue with the lamps so it seems that feedback it not taken seriously as if it was there would be lamps in bedrooms. Apart from the 2 issues raised we really enjoyed our stay.

A group of 6 met up at this property, all of us were amazed how nice and flash this place is, we had others staying in the area who thought the same. Love how it's so close to the mall and only a short walk to the beach. Perfect place to stay at. Neighbors were friendly. Place equipped with everything ya need, relaxing and clean property. One thing to note is the front door entrance could do with a non slip door mat, couple times we just about had accidents on the concrete tiles especially after rain.

Clean, well appointed and everything we needed, and wanted. The only thing we missed were Sports channels with so much Kiwi Sport on this weekend. We tried to cast to the Smart TVs but were not successful. If it can be done, may I suggest a "Guide for Technology Challenged Individuals?" Thanks Owners, and Bachcare for a great stay.

Swims before sunset were a highlight for our family! It was very nicely presented and was also nice and clean. The space downstairs was really appreciated by our teens and was exactly what they needed. The extra fans in addition to the aircon were very helpful as the upstairs bedrooms got quite hot. The kitchen had everything we needed and the access to the hand held vacuum’s both upstairs and downstairs is a great idea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home.

As it was winter we found the heat pump very useful and functional as well as electric blankets. Very impressed with the TV in main lounge too. Spa bath amazing! Highly recommend for a family trip away with the grandparents in tow.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
At The Bay is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Mt Maunganui holiday home. This bright and modern holiday home is an excellent option for your next break at The Bay, with an easy set up for families just moments from the sand and sea! This 2 storey Mt Maunganui holiday home includes open plan living upstairs including a sun room that opens onto a small deck area with a BBQ... A second living area downstairs ensures everyone has their space! There is unlimited WiFi and a TV so you can stream your favourite movies. Upstairs, bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, while bedroom 2 has 2 king single beds. Downstairs, the second living area doubles as bedroom 3 with a queen bed plus a single bed. There is a bathroom on each floor, making this a great option for couples and families... There is also a table tennis table on hand for any indoor days. For easy summer getaways, there are no roads to cross to get to the beach, or head to the local shops and cafe's a short 10 minute drive away.
