The bowls club across the road is also great for a meal and drink. House was clean, and the garage downstairs was good for the children to use to play games when it rained. We absolutely loved our time their and the house itself was perfect with all amenities. Will definitely book again.

Communication with the owner was great - no issues at all. The place was very clean, beds and living area very comfortable. Plenty of glasses, plates, etc - everything that you could need was available. Only thing we were slightly confused about was we were told we would need to bring our own dish cloths, bath mats etc along with bed sheets and towels (which was absolutely fine) but when we arrived there was both bath mats and dish cloths etc. So we were unsure whether we were able to use this without any sort of additional charge. To be fair, we could have contacted the owner who had provided her number for any questions - however we figured they must have been included and opted to use them. We have not been charged for this so assume everything was okay? Wonderful stay - nice and close to the shops (only a 15min walk away) and have plenty of secure parking. Very happy with our stay - would definitely stay again :)

The only things we thought needed work is 1 of the windows on the balcony is a bit sticky & can be hard to open & close. The bedroom upstairs has a light at the top of the bed that doesn't work, blown bulb?. The sky light in the bathroom upstairs has some dodgy looking spray in it. not sure what that was?? But nothing was a big deal. Thank you for letting us know about the dishwasher & the quick refund. The guys did like having to do dishes but they got over it. The email we got said 51 Tawa St so we were a bit confused when trying to find it that it is 51A. There were 5 of us who stayed 4 nights. We would highly recommend this place to others. Great view out to the ships. Great price. Lots of room. Has everything you need. Everything well laid out. Was nice and warm. Hosts left a bottle of wine & box of favourites - great surprise. Perfect place to sit & watch the world go by. Easy walk to town. Even from center of town it was a cheap Uber ride back.

Its the ideal place to stay near by. We were booking apartments around the Mount and we had so many issues with allocated parking, checking in etc. Your place is a home away from home, with no parking issues and busy traffic. Thank You for allowing us into your home.

Location was great very close to the Mt, Bayfair restaurants and cafes. Hire scooters readily available on the street which was nice. House was clean and comfy, loved the stay. Only tip for anyone else would be read the info about the rubbish from the start. Information was provided by owner on the fridge but I didn't read it. Tauranga rubbish collection is very different to Auckland

The neighbourhood is not very pleasant however. Noisy, industrial and lots of loud vehicle and people movement at all times. Lack of aircon meant we couldn’t shut windows at night which exacerbated the issue. The place needs refurbishing and updating. Clean but I would not stay again.
