Hand prints all over the kitchen cupboards and windows just made the place look grubby and with covid and winter bugs going around it was disappointing that all surfaces were not clean. The bathrooms were not clean at all, I had to clean the bath before putting my children in it. Not really sure what my cleaning fee paid for? Other than the cleaning issues, the house was actually great. Big enough size for 2 families to stay in, enough room to spread out and have the older kids upstairs in the second lounge area. The fire pit was great and location of the house was also perfect. Close to all the shops, food and not too far to the beach. Would only stay again if there was a guarantee that the cleaning would be a whole lot better.

We found the house very clean and tidy and contained all the amenities that you would possibly need in the time that we were there. Just the mattresses needs upgrade has it was quite noisy, when my kids move around while sleeping. Not too sure weather it was mattresses or the base. Thanks Raj

Check in was smooth and easy. So much space, outdoor area was stunning for a family BBQ, plenty of games for the kids to play, the two living areas were perfect for our stay with the kids having their own time in one and the rest of the family in the other. Will definitely be booking again for our next holiday in Papamoa :)

Perfect situation for beach, shopping, and the walkway behind the house was lovely for a stroll. Quite disappointed in Bachcare though. After querying the key access THREE times because it didn't seem correct and assured each time that it was, when we arrived at the property it was of course incorrect and resulted in yet another call. Also quite disappointed in the general lack of cleanliness in the house. Floors hadn't seen a broom or vacuum for a while, bathrooms were less than clean, surfaces could have done with a good wipe down and the inside of the microwave was dirty. Quite a shame really as the actual house is great.

Offered all the home comforts and ease, great kitchen and laundry facilities. Being at the end of a cul de sac it is very private and quiet. Easy access to a large grassy reserve for the kids. Easy work tot he beach...all makes for a very good holiday.

It was great because it has five bedrooms, four of which have queen beds so was wonderful to provide nice comfortable big beds for everyone instead of someone having to be on bunk beds or pull out couches. The location was nice, right on the waterways so easy to have a good run or walk - but also only a few minutes to the beach. Close to the shops as well. It was a very good experience and we will definitely look at it again for our next group.

! It’s a lovely house situated in a quiet street, that’s not even far from the beach. The place had a really nice homely feel with everything we needed. The 7 of us had a great weekend away at the house.

Property is also handy to the beach which was a plus. However, being a property on the side of a walkway - would advise to lock up even when taking a nap and especially if left unattended. Unfortunately we had a burglar enter the home while someone was asleep on the couch and get away with over $1000 worth of our belongings.

Good space for everyone in our family group. We liked the in/outdoor flow and enjoyed using the deck facilities, lawn area + guest shed gear for beach visits.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Sandy Feet is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom Papamoa Beach holiday home. This spacious and sunny holiday base enjoys a peaceful setting with ample room for your group to kick back and relax! This 2 storey Papamoa Beach holiday home includes modern open plan living downstairs with a heat-pump for toasty winter stays... for summer stays, the living area flows out to a private garden area that makes the perfect spot for BBQ's in the sun! A second lounge upstairs ensures everyone has their space. Bedroom 1 at this Papamoa Beach accommodation is located downstairs, and is fitted with a king bed. Upstairs, bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each have a queen bed, while bedroom 5 is fitted with 2 singles. A bathroom on each floor completes the holiday set up at Sandy Feet... this is an excellent option for an extended family group to enjoy a break away and hit the beach!
