This would only take a day to do. A large shade for the outdoor table is required . Otherwise it has a large outside area with plenty of decking. Whilst we were there the air was very smelly caused by sewage in the sea. The Council needs to sort this out for all Moa Parade residents.

Colin “I know we were late bookers & so likely to get gouged at this peak time, but I have to say this really felt like 3 star accommodation (at best) and 5 start prices.”
Mainenance of the property has clearly been neglected. Decor was shabby, several light bulbs were out (does the manager not check these things and worst of all, the door handle was in such a parlous condition that it stopped working from the bedroom side and we had to be rescued by other members of our party!

While starting to show its age the house is a good size, we were very comfortable there with two adults and 3 teenage kids. The garden and decks provide plenty of pleasant outdoor space for relaxing. The location is great; an easy walk to Little Oneroa beach, or a slightly longer walk to the shops at Oneroa, yet also far enough away from busy roads to feel quiet and calm. Bus routes are easily accessible.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
