    “The property was not ready as promised in the booking.”

    After a 30 hour trip to NZ from Europe we were left waiting in front of the property with our baby, in light rain, for someone to let us into the house. Eventually the cleaning lady showed up and proceeded to clean the place while we watched... it was a very quick and superficial clean. The bachcare office in Auckland was not able to help us and we only experienced the shifting of blame between them, the property manager, the cleaner and the owner. I cannot recommend this organisation to ...

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Ridge Cottage is a 2 bedroom Oneroa holiday home on Waiheke Island, just a short walk to the beach. There are 2 bedrooms at this Oneroa accommodation. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, and bedroom 2 is fitted with a single bunk set. With a heat pump/air conditioner this is a great wee base for a small family to enjoy an island getaway. When you are not putting your feet up on the deck in the sun, stroll to the beach a 10-15 minute walk from your door.
