Some cob webs and dirty corners but for the most part the linen and towels were fresh and very clean. Everything worked well and we could relax in comfort celebrating a 50th birthday. Thank you

Mele “This was the perfect location for a well needed rest from cacophony of the city life.”
We ended our year and rang in the new year here, with our little family. The house was perfect for our family of 6. A main living room with kitchen and dining area, was warm and inviting and We took out the kayaks on our beach trips - which was a real treat since we didn’t need to hire any during our stay. We will definitely book here again. Highly recommended for families who want a quiet and restful retreat from the city life.

There was enough space for us to all come together in the living areas and also have enough privacy when we wanted time alone in our bedrooms. Loved the location with the beach just down the road. Awesome views and loved having the sky tv for watching the rugby together at the end of our days exploring. Would definitely recommend to other people and will definitely be back!

Kids thought the trail in the backyard was cool and the track by the driveway gave us a good workout. Everything you needed in a house was there including board games and books. Will have to come back in summer to go for a swim at the beach. Thanks for a great stay.

However the property could do with more attention and readiness for a comfortable stay. Seemed like it has not be well maintained. The manager of the property is nice and helpful.

Diana was an amazing property manager and an absolute pleasure to work with as our schedule was fluid due to travel logistics from around the country. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. One point to note - we’d recommend a car to aid your travel to and from, and around island.

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults. The adventurers enjoyed the kayaks and we cooked a couple of great meals in the very well appointed kitchen. The main bathroom and bedroom were lovely and such a surprise. A very positive experience thanks

Spread across three storeys and sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their holiday. Then bring the family or group back together in the generous open-plan living, dining and kitchen area for a good meal at the end of a busy day exploring. For days outdoors, there is ample room to relax in the sun from large sundeck to the main garden which offers a private pathway through the native bush to a secluded stream and dining area. Plus, you are just a 2-minute walk to the Rocky Bay playground and beach! Everything you need for an excellent Waiheke getaway - Head to Omiha and put your feet up at The Fat Pigeon!
This property has unfenced access to a large expanse of bush with a stream nearby. It is essential that guests take personal responsibility for the safety of their group in and around the bush area adjacent to the property.
Please note that the no parties policy is strictly enforced at this property. Guests are kindly requested to keep voices and music low (especially outside) between 10pm and 8am so that the neighbours are not disturbed.
