All guests should take care when using the internal stairs as although they have a handrail, they do not have a barrier to prevent falls.

About the location
A 20 minute drive from Rotorua will take you to the stunning landscape of Lake Tarawera. Former home to the pink and white terraces before the Tarawera Eruption, Lake Tarawera has an interesting geography explorable by boat and foot. The lake is well known as an excellent fishing spot for trout, as well as being perfect for boating activities and walking tracks. Very comfortable and quiet. Nice view of the lake from a spacious covered deck. It was particularly helpful to bring our 2 doggies and easy to walk and toilet them nearby. We enjoyed having Sky TV and being able to watch the rugby.
